master does not compile: the bincode 2 bump removed serialize/deserialize, and fastembed 6.1 changed its error type.

bincode: serde API with config::legacy(), so the on-disk index format is unchanged and existing indexes still load.
fastembed: convert the error with ?.

Checked: cargo fmt --check, cargo clippy --all-features --all-targets -D warnings, cargo test --all-targets and --features treesitter,hnsw.

fix: build again on bincode 2 and fastembed 6.1 03675522ee

The bincode 2 bump landed without a build: serialize/deserialize are gone.
Use the serde API with config::legacy(), which keeps the bincode 1 wire
format, so indexes already on disk still load. fastembed 6.1 returns its
own error type, so convert it with ? instead of returning it as-is.
